Persiapan yang kini dilakukan pemerintah daerah, katanya, antara lain berupa penegakan dan penertiban data kependudukan, pemeriksaan kesehatan dan penegakan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara Pemerintah daerah dengan pengusaha bar setempat.
“Selain itu, kita akan gelar rapat koordinasi untuk mengantisipasi ancaman ini bersama para pemangku kepentingan di tanah Papua, ,” tambah Binton Nainggolan
Sementara itu, Pengurus Harian Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) Provinsi Papua, dr Gunawan mengakui dampak penutupan Dolly harus segera diantisipasi oleh seluruh pemerintah di berbagai daerah . “Dampak harus diperhitungkan oleh seluruh Pemerintah, saya kira habis Idul Fitri lah, mari kita bersama-sama persiapkan semua,” ujarnya singkat.

Perbincangan yang dilakukan tiga orang PSK di lobi sebuah wisma di Dolly itu juga membahas bahwa pemerintah tidak perlu ikut campur soal urusan moral warganya.
"Urusan moral biar kami sendiri yang urus, wong pemerintah saja moralnya masih bejat, ada yang masih suka korupsi, dan banyak yang masih suka jajan perempuan," kata salah seorang PSK.
Di akhir dialog, ketiganya berkomitmen untuk melawan kebijakan Pemkot Surabaya dalam penutupan lahan rezeki mereka yang sudah puluhan tahun.
"Pemerintah mengira kita ini tidur, pemerintah sudah menabuh genderang perang, kita harus melawan," ajak salah seorang PSK.
Pementasan teater itu adalah media protes pekerja lokalisasi atas kebijakan penutupan. Dengan dibingkai pertunjukan teater, Ketua Front Pekerja Lokalisasi Dolly, Saputra, berharap, pesan yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih utuh.
"Bahasa perlawanan melalui wadah kesenian juga menjadi bentuk upaya menyampaikan aspirasi para PSK dan pekerja lokalisasi denga cara lebih santun dan terhormat," jelasnya.
Para pemain teater ini, murni terdiri dari kalangan PSK, warga, PKL lokalisasi, serta pelayan wisma di lokalisasi tersebut. Selain mengambil setting lobi wisma Dolly. Setting lokasi juga mengambil lantai 2 wisma yang digambarkan sebagai Balaikota Surabaya.

of samples are 48 personnel who work in laboratories (24 hour, emergency installation,
hematology, and child
laboratory),
and the study design is cross-sectional.
The risk level is being scored in several criteria. There
are
56.8% laboratorian who did not use PPE.
Based on risks, the high risk group is those who work in
child
laboratory (100%) and hematological laboratory (75%). Based on personal hygiene habit after
handling
specimen, such as handwashing, 45.4% personnel had bad personal hygiene, thus
the high risk group in child laboratory and hematological laboratory are both
75%.
CONCLUSION

KESIMPULAN
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan penggunaan APD, lebih dari 40% petugas di beberapa laboratorium (IGD, hematologi, dan anak) berisiko tinggi terinfeksi penyakit yang berbahaya, dan berdasarkan hygiene perorangan 20% petugas di laboratorium tersebut yang berisiko tinggi Di laboratorium hematologi, 75% petugas berisiko tinggi terinfeksi penyakit berbahaya baik berdasarkan penggunaan APD maupun higiene perorangan Alasan utama tidak digunakan APD oleh petugas laboratorium adalah karena tidak tersedia APD di laboratorium.
SARAN
Menurut saya perlu penyuluhan bagi petugas laboratorium tentang pentingnya penggunaan APD saat bekerja menangani sampel dan higiene perorangan terutama setelah bekerja. Peraturan tentang penggunaan APD dan mencuci tangan setelah bekerja perlu di-terapkan secara ketat, dengan diberikan sanksi apabila dilanggar serta bimbingan dan pengawasan terhadap petugas tentang disiplin dalam hal penggunaan APD dan higiene perorangan.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan penggunaan APD, lebih dari 40% petugas di beberapa laboratorium (IGD, hematologi, dan anak) berisiko tinggi terinfeksi penyakit yang berbahaya, dan berdasarkan hygiene perorangan 20% petugas di laboratorium tersebut yang berisiko tinggi Di laboratorium hematologi, 75% petugas berisiko tinggi terinfeksi penyakit berbahaya baik berdasarkan penggunaan APD maupun higiene perorangan Alasan utama tidak digunakan APD oleh petugas laboratorium adalah karena tidak tersedia APD di laboratorium.
SARAN
Menurut saya perlu penyuluhan bagi petugas laboratorium tentang pentingnya penggunaan APD saat bekerja menangani sampel dan higiene perorangan terutama setelah bekerja. Peraturan tentang penggunaan APD dan mencuci tangan setelah bekerja perlu di-terapkan secara ketat, dengan diberikan sanksi apabila dilanggar serta bimbingan dan pengawasan terhadap petugas tentang disiplin dalam hal penggunaan APD dan higiene perorangan.

Kepala Bagian Humas Pemkot Surabaya Muhammad Fikser yang dikonfirmasi tentang hal ini membenarkan bahwa Risma semula diagendakan akan menghadiri aksi damai mendukung penutupan Dolly.

Berdasarkan data Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kaltim dalam hal ini Bidang Rehabilitasi Sosial (Rehsos), untuk tahun 2013 lalu jumlah Pekerja Seks Komersil (PSK) di Kaltim dan Kaltara tercatat sebanyak 4.449 jiwa yang tersebar di 13 Kabupaten/kota.Kabupaten Tana Tidung tercatat sebagai satu-satunya daerah yang tidak atau belum memiliki populasi salah satu jenis Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) tersebut, sementara itu populasi PSK terbesar terjadi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara yakni tercatat sebanyak 1.084 PSK yang beroperasi di daerah dengan APBD terbesar di Indonesia tersebut.

Sekilas tidak terlihat, jika di dalam hutan karet tersebut ada pemukiman warga yang menjadi areal lokalisasi Kapis tersebut. Selain sepi penduduk, untuk bisa masuk ke daerah itu harus melintasi hutan karet dengan jalan tanah sepanjang 2 kilometer nan sunyi.
Istana prostitusi di kota Bumi Bersujud yang saat ini bernama Kapis itu berdiri 23 November Tahun 1993. Itu berawal, adanya kebijakan pemerintah kabupaten Kotabaru dibawah kepemimpinan Bektham (saat itu masih bergabung) meminta agar semua warung remang-remang yang berada di Pal7 Jalan Transmigrasi dipindah ke Desa Sungai Kecil (sekarang dimekarkan menjadi Desa Batu Ampar).
Dengan alasan, biar jauh dari pemukiman warga biasa. Bahkan, menurut Camat Batulicin kabupaten Kotabaru (sebelum pemekaran wilayah), Abdul Kadir Jaelani, kawasan Pal7 Jalan Transmigrasi tersebut akan digunakan pemerintah untuk pembangunan markas TNI yang sekarang ini bernama Batalyon Kompi Senapan C Tanah Bumbu.
Sebelum di Pal7, warung remang-remang itu sudah berdiri di wilayah Pal3 dekat perusahaan Kodeco yang merupakan perusahaan tertua di Batulicin sejak Tahun 1982. Karena banyak karyawan dan para pendatang, munculah warung-warung tersebut yang semula hanya menjajakan makanan dan minuman berupa the dan kopi.
“Awalnya hanya di dekat Kodeco. Karena ada pengembangan perusahaan, kita diminta untuk pindah di pal7. Setelah beberapa tahun kita juga kembali diminta pindah, karena daerah itu untuk pembangunan batalyon. Akhirnya, para pemilik warung juga sepakat dan sama-sama pindah di daerah ini,” kata Edi Hermawan, ketua RT17 Kapis.
Lebih lanjut pria berkumis tebal ini mengatakan, dengan modal bekas-bekas bangunan lama itu berdirilah sebuah warung di pinggir yang saat itu masih bernama Desa sungai Kecil kecamatan Batulicin.
Dalam perjalanannya, ternyata menarik perhatian masyarakat khususnya para pendatang untuk ikut-ikut mendirikan warung tersebut. Lantaran semakin banykanya warung, Tahun 1995 kembali diminta pemerintah kabupaten Kotabaru agar lokasi warung sebagian harus dipindah ke dalam hutan yang lebih jauh dari pemukiman warga dan yang sekarang ini lebih dikenal dengan nama Kapis Baru.
“Munculnya nama kapis lama dan Kapis baru itu ya adanya pemindahan sebagian warung-warung itu mas. Yang tidak pindah dinamakan Kapis lama dan yang pindah kesini disebut Kapis baru. Tapi masih satu desa, yang lama RT16 dan yang baru ini RT17,” terang.
Masih menurut Edi, dirinya terus mengikuti perkembangan lokalisasi tersebut hingga saat ini jumlahnya mencapai ratusan. Dirinya, juga ikut berjuang membuka lahan yang sekarang sudah menjadi pemukiman penduduk tersebut.
Awalnya, daerah itu berupa hutan. Untuk mendirikan Kapis baru, dia bersama warga membuka lahan sekitar 13 hektar. Selain untuk pemukiman, juga untuk perkebunan dan pertanian warga biasa.
“Dulu hutan lebat dengan pohon-pohon yang besar. Bahkan, saya sempat sakit 6 bulan setelah memotong pohon yang paling besar disini. Kata urang jawa, daerah ini angker karena sebelumnya tidak ada warga yang masuk. Dan kami-kami ini yang memulainya hingga menjadi seperti ini,” kenangnya.
Dan nama Kapis itu, lanjut Edi, diambil dari sebuah nama sungai yang ada di pinggir jalan tersebut yang merupakan asal muasal berdirinya Kapis dan sekarang Kapis lama itu. Sehingga, nama tersebut akhirnya melekat hingga sekarang ini.
